What brought you to Your Nature?
Word of mouth! A friend wanted to tell me about the project. I hadn’t gathered much information before making a visit during the open doors days in October. To be honest, I didn’t know much about this investment option, and I didn’t know that it already existed for other parks and holiday resorts. But I must admit I was pretty impressed by the concept’s coherence, as well as by the size of the estate. It spoke to me!
And what convinced you in the end?
The main reason was undoubtedly the profitability of the project, plus the fact it is tax-free, and the limited risk that I am taking. This opportunity arose for me at a time when I have liquid assets to invest, and when the interest rates are especially low. So I want to make the most of this to renegotiate the loan for my apartment and to cover the cost of some of my acquisition in Your Nature.
Were you also persuaded by the possibility to enjoy your four weeks a year there?
For me, that is more of a bonus. My current lifestyle does not allow me to stay there myself, or at least not in the short term. I work for an IT development company, but my weeks are divided between Paris and New York, where my girlfriend lives!
