Each home has extra insulation, designed to provide superb comfort in winter or summer by ensuring the minimum possible use of energy. Heating for the homes is powered by 6,000 m² of solar panels installed on site, and it is distributed through the centrally heated water radiators. This means the heating can be managed in line with the occupancy of accommodation, for example by pre-heating before tenants’ arrival. Environmental impact is controlled, thanks to renewable energy that is automatically generated for the whole site.
